CASA Child Advocates of Montgomery County in partnership with The Woodlands Christian Academy
The 6th Annual CASA Superhero Run
features a 5K, 10K and Kid’s Fun Run, so bring the whole family! It is
the only run in Montgomery County with courses through the beautiful
W.G. Jones State Forest. Before and after the race, enjoy the Race
Village, which features sponsor tents as well as plenty of engaging
activities for children. Montgomery County native and NBC Nightly News
correspondent, Mr. Jacob Rascon, will be the event’s MC. Mr. Rascon has
covered many national stories for NBC, and we are so proud to have him
supporting CASA for this event!
Whether you are a competitive runner, a
casual walker, or just love the idea of supporting a wonderful cause,
participating in the CASA Superhero Run allows you to show your support
for abused and neglected children in Montgomery County.
Every child needs a hero. Abused children need SUPERHEROES!
All proceeds benefit CASA Child Advocates of Montgomery County.

CASA Child Advocates of Montgomery County, a 501c3 non-profit organization, is Montgomery County’s only court-appointed organization advocating for abused and neglected children. CASA Child Advocates are appointed by Judges to watch over and advocate for abused and neglected children, to make sure they don’t get lost in the overburdened legal and social services system, or languish in inappropriate group or foster homes. Advocates stay with each case until it is closed and the child is placed in a safe, permanent home. For many children, their CASA Advocate will be the one constant adult presence in their lives during this time.
